The Farmhouse was built in 1968 on over one acre of land. Bill and Irmie purchased the home in September 2015 with the intention of moving the fast growing Olmstead Team out of their main residence to much-needed business space.

The renovations were carefully considered and truly speaks to the team, down to earth and welcoming. Additionally, the renovated space doubles as a showroom, where clients come by to get design ideas for their own remodels.

Calling it the “Farmhouse” not only helps direct our guests, usually looking for formal business offices, to an actual residential property, but it is also home to horses on the west side of the property, making the “Farmhouse” name certainly fitting.

While we may not have an Olmstead Team business sign out front, you can’t miss the signature 290 and the red covered wagon next to the drive, to get your attention.
