Step 4: OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE

  • Contract acceptance

Step 5: OPEN ESCROW / DUE DILIGENCE

  • Deposit earnest funds

  • Conduct all properties inspections and due diligence. Negotiate repairs as needed.
