Step 1: BUYER CONSULTATION

Step 2: PRE-QUALIFICATION

• Confirm your ability to purchase
• Complete a loan application, and submit supporting documentation
• Choose the best loan program for needs

 

Step 3: HOME SEARCH

• Search ALL homes available on your personalized MLS website
• Select and view properties together
• Includes: resale, new home, and for-sale by owner listings.

 

Step 4: OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE

• Present a solid offer package to the seller
• Negotiate the best terms possible
• Contract acceptance

 

Step 5: OPEN ESCROW / DUE DILIGENCE

• Deposit earnest funds
• Conduct all properties inspections and due diligence. Negotiate repairs as needed.
• Secure property insurance and order appraisal

 

Step 6: FINALIZE LOAN

• Lock interest rate
• Provide additional documents to your lender
• Obtain final underwriting approval and sign the Closing Disclosure

 

Step 7: CLOSING

• Conduct a final walkthrough of the property
• Sign final closing paperwork and bring/wire funds to the title company
